On Candlewood Isle, in the clubhouse, Jeff Marino filmed my sister, Monica, and John Minoli, singing a brother & sister duet from The Augusteia, while I played the piano.   The piece was performed live the day before as part of a variety show.  The year?  1978.  You can email me to arrange for a viewing or for purchase of a copy of this super 8mm sound film. 

The Augusteia is an as yet unfinished opera, begun in 1975, inspired by The Oresteia trilogy, a family tragi-comedy of Ancient Greek proportions set in Mayberry, USA.
