Shipping the Satellite is an eleven minute play chock full of the usual worthwhile outlandish observations, dated April 17, 1997. Including the songs "I Drive by Night" and "Until We Meet in Space," it runs 18 minutes. It arose from the piano set entitled Exploring a Fascination with Things that Spin. I wrote it for performance by Paulette O'Dowd.

Project descriptions may be found in the original ~dizozza website gift shop. It describes Shipping the Satellite as follows:
"Offsetting profits from Abu Dhabi defense convention, Lockheed Martin CEO, donates satellite to Paulette, on-line TV promoter/lover, who drives it by truck to a launch off Cape Canaveral."
