The Eleventh Hour

A gothic love story about leaping into the spirit world,
by Peter Dizozza,
with Samona Shearson, Shannon Foley, Rick Gray, Cheryl La Rosa
and Jeffrey Lewis.

Mark Bagby (Cheryl), a shy and unassuming 13 year old boy, and his mother, Sharon Heisel (Samona), vacation at an old estate overlooking the Long Island Sound. Joining them are Pamela Dennis (Shannon), Sharon's friend from college, and Eric Schramm (Jeffrey), a ghost since the 1920's, aged 13 years at the time of his demise.
A concert reading of this play opened La MaMa E.T.C.'s Experiments '99 Series on March 13, 1999. Peter Dizozza is a writer/composer also responsible for Coppelia, The Peace Mission, Witchfinders, and the resurrection musical Prepare to Meet Your Maker.
